Lemon Z Limoncello Ice Cream
Lemon Z have taken New Zealand's leading limoncello and now
created a truly unique ice cream. It is unlike any other "limoncello"
ice cream you have tasted before and is completely free of any
introduced essences or colours,
The flavour has been created using only the peel of the finest lemons from the Bay of Islands. As in Lemon Z Limoncello this is macerated in pure alcohol, releasing all of the lemon oils from our wonderful Yen Ben lemons. But unfortunately for many of us the alcohol content in ice cream has to be limited to 1.1%, so this maceration is repeated again with fresh peel to gain as much extraction as possible.

ICE CREAM
Made with full cream and milk (no milk powders), this magnificent
new ice cream has a completely natural lemon zest distinction.
Of course, serving a portion of Lemon Z Ice Cream is only complete when you add a dash of Lemon Z Limoncello to it. Now that's taste!
