Oranges & Lemonz
LEMON LOVERS
Muddle a small handful of mint with Lemon Z in a shaker tin.
Fill shaker with ice and shake gently.
Pack a tall, chilled glass with crushed ice so that it forms a cone shape above the lip of the glass.
Pour the contents of the shaker gently over the top of the cone, trying to catch as much of the mint from the shaker as possible (you want some of it, for visual effect).
Twist the orange peel over the top of the drink so that the coils cover the cone of ice (this is for smell rather than taste).
Garnish with some tips of mint and a wedge of lemon. Serve with a straw.
