Rub basil between your palms to release the oils and add to a
long glass, fill the glass with ice and add remaining liquids.
Pass one of the lime wedges around the rim of the glass and squeeze it, and the remaining wedges, into the drink.
Stir well and try to squish the basil leaves around a bit to get as much of the flavour into the drink as possible.
