And only the very best lemons make the cut. Our Yen Ben lemons are grown in New Zealand's Bay of Islands, where the subtropical climate and nutirent-rich volcanic soils produce the most aromatic of lemon oils needed to make the perfect limoncello.

The alcohol for Lemon Z is distilled not once or twice but four times. It's what makes every drop as smooth as smooth and the finished product completely pure.

Our Secret Lies in the Peeling
We meticulously hand peel each lemon so that only the very fine layer of peel is used. It's how we stop any bitterness getting in from the pith. Once the fresh peel is macerated in alcohol for three days it is conserved ready for bottling.
