times. It's what makes every drop as smooth as smooth and the

Our Secret Lies in the Peeling We meticulously hand peel each lemon so that only the very fine
layer of peel is used. It's how we stop any bitterness getting in
from the pith. Once the fresh peel is macerated in alcohol for
three days it is conserved ready for bottling.
